- Made magazine spawns 2x rarer (except gun store shelf).

- Made reconditioning magazines 2x rarer in most places, 10x rarer in gun store shelves as they were eating space there. They were overall too easy to collect.

- Updated recipes to integrate metal bars and pipes instead of as many metal sheets.
- Added plank and related tools to weapon recipes with wooden stocks.
- Added wood glue to the no stock shotgun recipe.
- Updated maintenance book icon to a nicer one (the last one was rushed, heh).
