Changes Notes - from 1.10 to 1.11

Changes needed to make the mod compatible with No Step Back, most will not be included in the Change Notes.

Scorecard Goals changed the following:
* Number of Navy Ship - to - Number of Capital Ships
* Number of Battalions - to - Num of Support Battalions
* Change goal level names from Low, Default and High to:
-- Recruit, Regular and Veteran


Added to Scorecard:
* Your goal level will now display on the bottom left side of the scorecard.
--You have Selected - REGULAR GOALS


USA National Focus Tree:
* Updated as needed for NSB
* Issue War Bonds - check completion requirements
* Scientist Haven has been relocated (see Operation Black Zeos Americas tree)
* Operation Black Zeos Caribbean and Central America have been combined
* Operation Black Zeos North South America and South South America have been combined
* Other small changes to some focuses

Technologies:
* Buffs to Special Forces (they should be special)
* Just a reminder that the Superior Firepower Doctrine has been buffed.

Construction:
* Supply Hub and Railways build time have been vastly speed-ed up.


Map Changes:
* Added supply hubs and railways to Canada, Peru and the Far East (China and others)

Impassable areas
* Small map correction in the Amazons area.

Caucasus Mountains area:
* Removed the divider between states Sochi #233 and Abkhazia #826

Known problem:
* Gobi Desert - sometimes countries get puppet-ed inside the impassable area. Please report if this is a problem. It has not been a factor in any of my games but then I just conquer the area and move on.
* Some railways will run through the impassable areas - I changed some but not all problem areas.

Other Changes:
* Removed the MTG Naval Treaty
* Added - Japan Home Island has the Volunteer Fighting Corps event
* Added - England Home Island has the Home Guard event
* Other small changes - and some small surprises.
