Potential fix for shields not being able to activate;
Fix the spam of system messages whenever someone joins during a multiplayer session;

Adds dreadnought item in misc. category, while shield is active you are invulnerable but depending on tier bullets may still penetrate and damage anything inside BUT you (scripted damage limitations);
Fix (potentially) issue with bronze shields not working;
Add chaos/opfor textures for normal and dreadnought shields, WIP;
