A config error corrected: the Engineer didn't have the special cost assigned to Salt In The Wound ability in the XCOM row.

With this author moving away from using the Battlefield Tactician in favor of using "Battlefield Leadership" training, to fullfill the lack of holotargeter users, the sniper was overhauled.
Now there's a new sniper class, that shares the exact same name. The original sniper class is set to have 0 num in deck. The new sniper class is identical to this one, except that it replaces pistols with holotargeters.
It is still possible to use the old sniper class, and nothing will happen to existing snipers in an on going campaign.
More updates:
The IT Specailist class now has Root Protocol added to the "random elemental grelin" deck.
The Engineer class now has Root Grenade ability added to the "free support grenade" deck on Squaddie level.
Template Master configs will now move Laser and Coil tier smgs into a separate category.

A small localization fix. There was a discrpancy between the Gunner's actualy mutual exclusive ranks, and those written in the class description in game. This is now fixed: the mutual exclusive ranks ARE in fact Lt. and Maj.

Fixed an oversight regarding the IT Specialist: it turns out that I need some config entry to make the class NOT be able to use the protocols from squadsight, which I did not have. Without it, the Cpl. rank choice is kind of weird with there having the Extended Signal Range ability, so this is now fixed.

A small localization edit to better communicate what the mutual exclusive ranks are for each class - it's now written in red at the end of the class description in game.

Fixed some config errors in the mod, which may or may could potentially cause Templars to not have their Gauntlets equipped :eyes:
