Thanks for randomly changing how some existing IDs were written CA

Astragoth and Fay Enchantress set effects enhanced, global bonuses from Astragoths items shifted to set

Whoops I made a fatal error, an effect was changed. I believe I've swapped in the new one

Now enhances the effects from the Cathayan Dragon Siblings set bonuses. Miao Ying focuses on defensive buffs, Zhao Ming focuses on offensive buffs, and Yuan Bo focuses on a balance and logistical buffs

Archaon is no longer unbreakable. Just has immensely high leadership.

Added Harry's Items. Relatively minor changes, weapon is notably better, shield gives slightly increased resistance which is now ward save, and assorted small buffs as usual

Vlads set bonus now works when he is a hero, may make the early game a big easy
