Nerfed all of the beverages that were previously overpowered due to recent refactoring

Fixed major lags due to 60 FPS drinking in the newer versions of the game.

Tweaked healing properties, nerfed Monster and made Glass Scrap craftable and disassemblablable.

• Increased healing properties of milk and milk-based beverages.
• Fixed the bug when milk tea gave players psychosis.
• Reimplemented high resolution inventory icons at the cost of inventory icons changing when glasses and mugs are half-empty. Sprites are unaffected and still change with volume.

Added new fabrication and deconstruction recipes and buffed most of the drinks to be an appropriate reward for their rarity and cost.
