v1.6 (Patch by JH)
General:
- Changed the "invincible" variable on Phoenix's lowered good evidence rate to "initial_invince". For whatever reason, regular invincibility and respawn invincibility are detected through two seperate variables, so the code for the invincibility condition didn't work. Thank you Daniel Fornace
- Polished up custom hit VFX and reinstated it on various moves.
- New visual and sound effect added during the cutscene that plays when Phoenix first enters Turnabout Mode.

Jab:
- Jab 1 now force flinches.
- Jab 1 angle 95 -> 90.
- (Turnabout) Fixed a bug in which Jab 1 was not parry safe even if Jab 2/a tilt cancel wasn't performed.

Nair:
- (Turnabout) When the projectile hitbox is parried, it now lets the move's endlag play out instead of immediately putting Phoenix in parrystun, which had the side effect of giving the opponent a little less time to punish him.

Fair:
- (Investigation) KB scaling 0.45 (sweet) 0.4 (sour) -> 0.5 for both hitboxes.
- (Investigation) Sour angle 48 -> 45.

Bair:
- (Turnabout) Sourspot hitboxes changed to a uniform angle 135, 0.6 scaling.

Uair:
- (Investigation) Final hit angle 95 -> 90.

Fstrong:
- Total damage 10 -> 12.
- Knockback 9/.95 -> 7/1.05.
- Final hit hitpause scaling 0.8 -> 1.0.
- On aerial opponents, linker hits are now angle 90 with angle flipper 10, which should more consistently prevent opponents from flying out of the attack should Phoenix stop at a ledge.
- On grounded opponents, linker hits now force flinch and have a custom angle flipper based on proximity, keeping them on the ground and allowing Phoenix to take better advantage of the angle 361 finisher.

Ustrong:
- Total damage 12 -> 14.
- Final hit BKB 9 -> 8.
- Final hit hitpause scaling 0.8 -> 1.0.
- Linker hits now possess a custom angle flipper and move players a little closer to Phoenix, making the move less liable to drop.

Dstrong:
- Damage 10 -> 11.
- Knockback 9/0.85 -> 7/1.
- Angle 50 -> 45.

Nspecial:
- (Investigation) "Hold it!" damage 4 -> 6.
- (Turnabout) "Objection!" damage 6 -> 8.
- (Turnabout) Gave "Objection!" a stronger hitsound to distinguish it from its "Hold it!" equivalent in Investigation mode.

Fspecial:
- Both projectiles now have their lifetimes reset on parry and speed up towards Phoenix on reflect.
- (Investigation) Projectiles are no longer transcendent.
- (Investigation) Evidence now has new visuals + sound effects for when it lands on the ground and gets destroyed.
- (Investigation) Fixed a bug where Phoenix would lose good evidence if he parried his own projectile.
- (Turnabout) Sprite now flips properly on reflect.
- (Turnabout) Fixed a bug where Phoenix would lose Turnabout Mode time if he parried his own projectile.

it might be a little bit different from what they had since i changed everything through my original file instead of replacing it (idk why i did that).

Buff:
+ Dstrong startup 16 -> 14.

Changes:
~ Fixed volume issue on turnabout cornered music: it now grabs the local setting of music volume and compares it to the audio volume rather than playing at full blast.

~ Fstrong multihit angle: 45 -> 40
~ Fstrong hit 1 angle flipper: 6 -> 0
(should hopefully make the move less liable to have opponents fall out of it?)
~ Both Jab 1's no longer untechable
(for consistency with jab combos being techable in basecast.)
~ Turnabout Fair sweetspot hitpause 5 -> 8
~ Turnabout Fair sweetspot hitpause scaling .4 -> .7
(more consistent withs similar moves such as Turnabout Uair, Turnabout Dtilt, etc.)
~ Added a 0.7x hitstun multiplier to both Investigation and Turnabout Fspecial projectiles
(another consistency thing, projectiles in basecast also do the same thing with their hitstun multipliers).

~ Some new hit effects/particles (for both Nspecials and Turnabout Fspecial)

voice button glitched out on load because i didnt change some code

-edited some alts to work better, also added a new one (no bias towards any one random person online for its addition definitely)
-edited taunts animation because there were a few stray pixels of his shirt not colour coded
-moved the voice button on css AGAIN (selecting it would change your colour aswell due to its position)
