[TFA] Overhauled NMRiH Firearm SWEPs

- Made the FN FAL and Simonov SKS a little more punchy
- Made the FN FAL capable of full auto
- Removed accidental full auto capability from both Ruger 10/22 versions
- Made the MAC-10 fire only full auto correspondingly to the real-life counterpart

- Adjusted the RPM of the H&K MP5 and Burst RPM of the H&K MP5 and Colt M16A4

- Adjusted safemode positions on all SWEPs
- Adjusted MoveSpeed on all SWEPs
- Slightly adjusted the Colt M16A4 (incl. scoped variant)'s hip position
- Balanced damage of all SWEPs
- H&K MP5A4 now uses smg1 ammo
- Moved the Colt M1911 viewmodel closer to the screen

TO DO: Fix slides not locking back when empty while aiming; Supposedly a Blowback-related issue.
