WHY DID IT TAKE SOO DAMN LONG TO FIX THIS WHEN THE FIX WAS SOO DUMB YET SIMPLE. FOR SOME UNGODLY REASON THE CHECK WHERE IT GOES "OH YEAH DON'T PLAY A SONG DURING AN OUTRO" SOMEHOW MAKES A SONG UNABLE TO PLAY AGAIN EVER, EVEN THOUGH THE OUTRO SHOULDN'T BE PLAYING AT ALL WHEN IT COMES TIME FOR ANOTHER GO EDUMND MC MILLEN WHY HAS THOU FORSAKEN ME

I didn't do anything but I think I fixed the outro bugs somehow? (nope, its still being weird sometimes. No idea why but I'm going to work on it)
