-fixed a bug that caused a respawn to be needed for the mod to work
-added a version indicator to the bottom left of the map

-bugfixes concerning the settings
-minimap size can now be changed via setting
-minimap zoom can now be changed via setting
-adjusted the minimap offset while on a creature to prevent hiding buffs
-fixed minimap appearing twice
