Increase Terran L Bolt Turret rate of fire a little bit. That thing is so inaccurate.

Forgot to add S Bolt Repeater mk2. Now it fixed. Whoops.

Minor fix

Now Terran L Bolt turret becomes a gatling gun instead of burst firing. That makes no sense at all

Turning down the turrets rate of fire a little bit. We don't want the turrets wasted 100 rounds in 3 seconds and then reloads for 5 seconds do we?
