Snap Shooting: Grants Snapshot, Snapshot Overwatch, and Weapons Master Perks
Roustafarian: Grants 2 additional charges of roust
Cull The Weak: Once per turn grants you overwatch after using roust, flamethrower, throwing a grenade, or using gauntlets rocket launcher.

Squaddie: Snap Shooting, Squad Sight, Heavy Arnaments, Roust
LCPL: Bring Em On, Fire In The Hole, Roustafarian
CPL: Predator, Jingoistic, Extended Range
SGT: Deadeye, Biggest Booms, Cull The Weak
