Quick Patch is replacing reposition for now. I Learned that a lot of people are having an issue that after they pick up this ability some of the ripjack abilities mess up. Seems like the Keeper Grapple abilities dont want to play nicely with the Skirmisher Grapple abilities.

Added Justice and Wrath in the tree and added the Skirmisher Abilities Fix to required mods

Shadow Step to LCPL

Justice to LCPL

Wrath to LCPL

Combatives to SGT

Blademaster to SSGT

Added bunch of stuff to Xcom Row
