GENERAL:
Adjusted several hitboxes to better fit the visuals.
Adjusted sound effect timings to make swing sounds come out before hit sounds.
Changed some sound effects to better emphasize impacts.

Jab:
= Jab 1 & Jab 2's active frames divided into two hitboxes.
+ Jab 1's startup reduced. 7 -> 5
- Jab 1's damage lowered. 4 -> 3
+ Jab 1's base hitpause increased. 4 -> 5
= Jab 1's cancel window changed. 13-19 -> 9-17

- Jab 2's damage lowered. 5 -> 4

Down Tilt:
- Startup increased. 4 -> 5
- Damage lowered. 7 -> 4
- Whifflag window changed. 10-15 -> 8-17

Up Tilt:
- Startup increased. 5 -> 7

+ Hit 1 & Hit 2's base hitpause increased. 2 -> 3

- Hit 3's damage lowered. 4 -> 3
- Hit 3's knockback scaling reduced. 0.6 -> 0.3
- Hit 3's base hitpause reduced. 9 -> 6
- Hit 3's hitpause scaling reduced. 0.6 -> 0.5

Dash Attack:
- Hit 4's damage lowered. 4 -> 3
- Hit 4's angle changed. 30 -> 40

Forward Strong:
- Charge release startup increased. 9 -> 11

Down Strong:
+ Charging the strong now increases damage and knockback.
- Charge window increased. 4 -> 7
- Charge release startup increased. 4 -> 7
- Total damage decreased. 12 -> 10
- Base knockback decreased. 8 -> 7
- Knockback scaling decreased. 1.2 -> 1.0

Up Strong:
+ Charging the strong now increases damage and knockback.

Backward Aerial:
= Hit 2's angle flipper removed.

Down Aerial:
= Momentum is now additive.

Up Aerial:
+ Hit 1's knockback scaling removed.
- Hit 2's lifetime lowered. 4 -> 3


Down Special:
- Clock's soundwave can no longer hit enemies that are experiencing hitstun.
= Contact bomb's explosion properly aligned when facing left.

Up Special:
- Projectile is no longer a multihit.
