New Reception - Zwei Section 2 Shock Troops (Invite Using 3 Star of the City Books and Above) Reception is balanced around SotC3 to Impurity (Pre-Ensemble)

Nerfed Assault and Bulwark to only increase minimum Offensive and Defensive Dice Rolls.

Updated Opfior's sprite, remade the wording to match the game's format, fixed a bug that prevents Rally's block die from becoming an Offense die during a one-sided attack.
