Added the Otokar variant of the Altay, its mostly the same other than the armor configuration and no APS.

Major Update. Nerfed the general armor and APFSDS damage. Replaced all the sounds. UI Overhaul. Replaced Suspension. Added tracers for all the munitions. Major bug fix regarding Akkor, it won't randomly break.
