added thubnail icon hud for snpc

- add more vj base weapon for snpc

- can heal injuered npc and player

- friendly 1 are allied to firendly human snpc

- hostile 1 allied to hecu

- increase hunk hp to 9999 uss soldier to 99

- improve some other skills (such as melee attack damage)
