Updated to include THREE more difficulty levels, and renamed Deity+ and Deity++:
9 = Mythic
10 = Trascendent
11 = Infernal
12 = Primordial
13 = Sid Meier

Updated with icons for these new difficulty levels.

Changed the amount of units that AI receives from the "Fewer AI Starting Units" setting to support higher difficulties properly.

Added Difficulty icons for Deity+ (level 9) and Deity++ (level 10).
Replaced original Difficulty icons for levels 1 through 8 with new icons to match this style.

Fixed an issue where players could lose cities upon entering a Dark Age as in Dramatic Ages, even without the mod turned on.

Updated Deity+ and Deity++difficulties to support Dramatic Ages mode:
In a dark age:
Players now lose 45% of their cities on Deity+ and 50% on Deity++.
AI now lose 5% of their cities on both Deity+ and Deity++.

Added a menu option to restore the AI's free tech and civic boosts upon entering a new era. At higher difficulties, the AI earns more free boosts. This was removed in the expansions, but is retained in vanilla rules.
