fixed defeat lines not working

- added a handful of new lines for taking damage and dying. if you arent using this already then its not even worth checking out haha, theyre edited noble 6 voice lines and even still sound noticeably out of place. disabled by default as theyre foreign lines
- removed kill streak and revenge lines as theres no where near enough variety for it to work. the lines have been put into standard killing
- cleaned up the ui
