Down Tilt -
Extra Hitpause: 5 > 0

Down Air -
Added a damage cap of 20%.
Made it so dair no longer bypasses super armor.
Made the move end when it gets too close to the blastzone. This replaces the old, percent based suicide prevention method.
Endlag: 15 > 12

Up Strong -
Changed sound effect timing.

Forward Strong -
Knockback Scaling: 0.95 > 1

Down Strong -
Made the move connect more consistently.

Forward Special -
Startup: 17 > 14
Made it so you can no longer fastfall the move after landing the grab.

Removed ability to go through platforms unless an opponent is grabbed.
Made it so the landing hitbox only comes out when Lode has an opponent grabbed.
Made it so Lode can land on platforms when Lode has an opponent grabbed.
Made it so the grab hitbox no longer breaks projectiles.
Added a minimum damage of 5.
Hitbox size reduced and moved inwards.
Endlag: 10 > 15
Endlag VSP: -2 > -1.5

Dash Attack -
Hitbox size reduced.
Active Frames: 7 > 4
Damage: 10 > 9
Base Hitpause: 5 > 7
Hitpause Scaling: .4 > .6
