+paper airplane now is no longer a one hit projectile and can hit up to 3 times

+Bell rarity increased from 20 -> 30 (if you want a base line pencil has a spawn rate value of 50)

NERFS
-Interrupting azi while she is pocketing an item will remove the item
-Azi bite window increased from 4 -> 8
-Uspecial startup 8 -> 11
-Uair landing lag 6 -> 8
-New item "Failed Test Paper" added (spawn value of 15)
-Dattack main hit angle 40 -> 45
-Scissor rarity reduced from 40 to 30 (bout the same as water bottle now)
-Bomb rarity reduced from 10 -> 5
-Bell now scales with percent (good bye the 40 percent kill confirm, you will surely be missed)

Buffs:

+ FSpecial's bite damage increased (3 -> 6)
+ Added Dagoata alt

Nerfs:

Scissors base hitpause increased (9 -> 10)
Car damage decreased (13 -> 9)
Soap damage decreased (13 -> 9)
FStrong now comes out 6 frames after charging instead of 4
DAttack now has a late hit, the strong hitbox is active for 2 frames and the late hitbox is active for 3 for 5 total
DSpecial can no longer be looped by pressing special during the last window

Other changes:

Removed Tester sprites, decreasing load times
Removed duplicate nspecial file
Stray pixels removed from a frame of DStrong's hurtbox
Stray pixels removed from a frame of UAir's hurtbox
