Mod version 1.2 for game version 0.21.25

Greatly increased the speed at which the Drill and Chainsaw mine to better match them being end-game gear.

Tweaked the Fuel recipe - it now gives 5 Fuel per

Tweaked Fuel consumption some more to compensate for the now insanely fast speeds the Drill and Chainsaw mine at - Fuel should last longer.

The out of fuel message no longer sends in chat, and will now only show as a chat bubble on your character.

Tweaked crafting recipes - they are now cheaper than before.

Tweaked the consumption rate of fuel - 1 bit of fuel now lasts far longer than before.
