many fixes that i completely failed to document because i am bad at my job
added health bars (with added option next to the soundtracks checkbox for toggle)
bosses now have special health bars
adjusted how the abyss herald and lectors generate their shields for more consistent health values, their health bar also changes to reflect their shield being active
reworked tartaglia's intro animation to better fit the music
please kill me

ALSO addressed projectile issue with Eremite: Galehunter
Reduced Eremite: Galehunter's cooldown between ranged attacks

Fixed an issue with Childe and Childe: Delusion Unleashed whereby if an enemy dies whilst he is in the middle of an attack, he may create a lua error instead of stopping his attack or targeting another enemy as intended.

The projectile issue also affected Childe and the Mirror Maiden. Fixed.

Added Milleleth soldier
Removed damage scaling weirdness on some NPCs
Fixed fatui pyro agent not appearing in spawnmenu
Added a feature barely anybody will notice -- NPCs now have a slight variation in how fast they play stagger animations which will really only be noticeable when many NPCs are being staggered at once by a powerful attack or something
