Another config-wide update. You love those, don't you? All that changed this time is I just made Wonder Weapons more common in the Mystery Box a la Owlie and Bloxotrot's configs. I decided to be a little more fair. :)

Universal update for all configs.
-Added a physical Vigor Rush machine. It will look goofy for anyone playing on vanilla nZR until the Xmas update adds in the new model which the build I use has. Please bear with me. ;3
-Added more ammo boxes in strategic locations. Amount varies per config.

Config-specific changes:
-Opened up a new area of Der Riese since the fence blocking it off is a prop. This means you now need to use load priority for Der Riese's navmesh to work properly, similar to Kakariko Village.
-More box locations for Der Riese.
-Added more traps and box locations for Freddy's.

Universal update for all configs.
-Added buildables to Verrückt (Winter's Howl), Shi no Numa (Wunderwaffe DG-2), Kakariko Village (Zombie Shield) and Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria/FNAF (M2 Flamethrower). Find all the parts and a free wallbuy will be uncovered with your built weapon.
-Added Dynamic Lights to indicate the positions of important things, namely Mystery Box locations, perk machine locations, the Misery Acceleration Device and the Buyable Ending.
-Zombie eye color is now purple.
-HUD now uses the BO1 art.

Universal update for all configs.
-Changed HUD on all maps to be consistent. If I did this correctly it will use a mostly WAW-esque HUD with BO4 perk icons.
-Found higher quality versions of some round changes and game overs courtesy of Moo. These depend on a new addon and only apply to Verrückt, Shi no Numa, Kino der Toten, Nuketown and Kakariko Village.
-Removed the default round change sounds for maps which already have their own unique ones (e.g. Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria/FNAF).
-Changed the starting knife to the BO4 Combat Knife (it's another step up from the BO4 Bowie cause it's less confusing and also has improved sounds on certain gamemode builds).

Another less gameplay-altering universal config update for differentiation between configs.

-WAW-era configs now use the WAW HUD.
-BO1-era configs now use the BO1 HUD.
-Nuketown, the only BO2-era config, now uses the BO2 HUD.

Universal update for all configs.
-Ray Gun Mk II added to the box on all maps.
-Zap Gun Dual Wield/Wave Gun added to the box on all maps taking place during or after BO1.
-Winters' Howl added to the box on Verrückt.

Fixed zombies attempting to reach you through an unopened door in spawn after the original config creator did the same on his version.
