Enhanced the sprites!
- They're smaller.
- They're cuter.
- They all now have darker outlines.
- They also have stronger hue shifting!
- Tweaked the English text.

- Fixed Crushed Wavey Pilk item sprite not working.

- Redrew all 5 Pets.
- Replaced Buff Icons.

Also I think I broke the bubbly pilk but at least the sprites look good!!!

REWORK / MIXEL DOWN

This Update Completely overhauls the entire addon!
A Rework To both Neco Arc and Neco Arc chaos Pets, Now without any mixels!
The mirrors have been replaced by... Pilk?!
New (and probably funny) Descriptions for the summoning items and buffs!
Removed all thumbnails and icon and replaced with a more modern icon alongside 3 new thumbnails with more explanatory content!
