some texture changes and new additions:

-marksmen have civil guard badge indicating that these soldiers have practiced shooting skills before the war
(soldiers sometimes carried the civil guard badge in their regular uniforms if they were members
of the guard before the war)

-some late at infantry have tank hunter ribbon first class issued summer 1944

-changed the tank men collar colors to pre 1942

-changed the mud camo helmet texture (again, i know)

-Changed the Border jagers squad icon to the same as jagers for now...
