Updated portraits and squad icons

-new squad portraits

-Po-2 texture update
- some squad composition changes

New update brings the Po-2 recon plane, new clothes, edits tunic colors, edits soldier appearances, plus some extras.

- new hats
- some test humanskins (editor)
- some testing in conquest squads (like command squad)
- hopefully fixes some humanskin (still recovering from the devs humanskin (not)update)
- fixing some unit prizes and other text file mistakes

-The new update made changes to the older humanskin positions so I had to leave some humaskins out for now.
