Adjusted helmet size (again)

-Changed helmet and body emissives to match each other
-Added Untintable beneath helmet emissives which i forgot
-Removed emissive fade which should make it less dim
-Adjusted head size to slightly bigger
-Changed red color to slightly darker. (it was too bright for sentient)
-Redline and non-redline parts should now be the same sizes

-Added some noise to emissive
-Adjusted colors to be closer to sentient and more vibrant
-Changed normal maps to 16bit

-Very small changes to the red metal
-Changed emissive on the body and helm according to feedback

Added emissive fx to helmet and reduced some on body
