massive update to covenant props pbo
added a ton of things, fixed all performance issues and other various bugs
added shadow lods to everything
updated keystone pbo, added shadow lods and more optimization to the scarf and keystone helmet
updated gladius pbo, shadow lods added and lods as well.

a folder was missing from the gamma pbo, it has been restored.
new animations have been added
a new scarf option has been added, however it is not currently selectable
