some custom helmets and the groundwork for more custom helmets have been put in.

updated the scarf with more LODS to help with performance
made it fit the new armor a bit better
no more clipping on the neck seal variants (Neck would clip through but not anymore)
And a few other changes

Added the groundwork for more custom animations as well.

the pipes are now round and snap to da grid.
last update for midweek, i have a lot on my to-do list but it will have to wait till da weekend u wu
