Fixed "First Impression" Modifier

Add a decision that will limit what types of notifications you will get if selected. If you choose to be faithful you will only get notifications from those appropriate characters. (You can still choose others through the character menu). The choice gets you a spouse opinion bonus. If you choose that option and then choose to ignore it...you get a permanent spouse opinion malus and you cannot choose to be faithful again.

Added more limits based on traits with game rule:
In short, if your target is not your consort, lover or soulmate OR someone you have been with before you need to not be shy or chaste and meet one the following criteria...be brave, ambitious, lustful, charming, curious or have both diplomacy and intrigue skills above average ( 8 in vanilla).

Basically, you need to not be a total wallflower to be willing to ask somebody you already don't have a relationship with.

Unless you have certain personality traits (currently lustful, eccentric or curious) your target needs to either be either
1. less than 25 years older than you
2. meet the attraction cutoff age for their gender
3. exceed the high attraction threshold
