Modified the oscillator frequency to better regulate net directional force.

By having it at 10, which 60 perfectly divides into, it was effectively reducing the amount of unique outputs the oscillator would generate between frames, this was causing a small amount of unintended directional force.

It has been changed to a more erratic value of 13.14

Saved the updated assembly in a wrong manner, causing it to break entirely.. Must update.
