I can now toggle if Bug Fables sfx are present or not. I will keep them off for now.

Big Vi Buff update

tl;dr Buffs, Reversible Uspecial and Tap Jump Works

Hurtbox Shifted up 2 pixels
ViBreak :^)

Tap Jump users can now Float
Crouching before floating lets you float at the lowest point.
Pressing down quicky then pressing up quickly will initate float immediately.

Fair //1 Frame faster than Olympia's, but no sweet spot and is smaller and less active so it's fine in my book

Uspecial //Thank you Slime for telling me you can't reverse this easily.

FSPECIAL now falls to the ground and is no longer active when hit my another hitbox. This puts boomerang on a 90 frame cooldown upon landing or going off screen.
USPECIAL now has better endlag animation
Waveland is a little squishier

Notes:
I do not plan to nerf item throw reuses.
Boomerang and Landed Bomb Explosion were the only transcendent projectiles and now only Landed Bomb Explosion (bomb itself was never transcendent).
