Hotfix for modded factions

- Added ability to use direct chat when remote controlling units.
- Added ability to reference object in debug console with 'this' keyword.
- Added more building interiors.
- Added No Turret APC's to various factions.
- Changed how context actions are added.
- Fixed issue where the bottom of lists wouldn't be visible.
- Fixed issue where teleport player context action was provided the wrong position.
- Fixed issue where context actions could be removed, but not by the correct indexes.
- Removed random code that would never run added by M9.

- Fixed issue where local executed code in debug would still trigger RE kicks.
- Fixed issue where Hide Terrain Objects wasn't getting a 2D radius, leading to no objects being hidden.
