Fixes minor issues relating to the guaranteed spawns in the Louisville gallery;

- increased the number of "Gallery" "displaycase" spawnpoint containers from 18 to 25 to include the display cases in the Gallery immediately west (next door) to the Louisville Art Gallery
- removed "Gallery" "counter" as a spawnpoint for "Swordcrate"
- decreased rollchance of "SwordCrate" from 12 to 8 to maintain the relative rarity of the swords. (testing shows spawnrates are consistent with previous version)

If you have already loaded the Louisville Gallery, check the gallery to the west. In the displaycases there may be swords. Also check the counters in the coffee shop on the second floor as these are labelled as "Gallery" for whatever reason and they have counters which previously could have spawned swords. Check the counters on the main room of the ground floor as well just to be sure you have not missed any spawns. This should only yield you one or two more swords, as the number of possible spawnpoints was capped at 18.
