  • Added compatibility for my new Garden District mod.
  • Fixed an issue that made the adjacent bonuses before the district was completed. Sadly because of how the table is programmed this could only be achieved by placing the bonuses on the first building. However, this is a good change balance-wide when playing alongside my Preserve Nerfs, as it puts more stress over the decision of keeping the district without buildings at first.
  • The Grove also holds a great work slot for a Relic. This was made to mirror the Garden's Pavillion building and because it makes it feel more like a sacred place.
  • I have made some changes to some of the civic unlocks: The Sanctuary was moved to Natural History so it can be built slightly before Naturalists for a more organic pace. However, in order to prevent Natural History to be (even more) absurdly crowded, the Water Park and the Ferris Wheel were moved to Civil Engineering (which, tbqh, fits better anyway).

- Fixed a bug which made it so Breathtaking tiles didnt receive Charming bonuses from being improved.
