- changed the ATGM zoom to a fixed one instead of the scroll + T since it would conflicts with existing HUD mutators

- fixed and increased zoom distance on atgm weapon

- fixed the issue where the vehicle would spawn sideways, upside down, or the track buried into the ground
- increased zoom scroll distance on the 9M120 ataka ATGM weapon
