- Add in more historical law sets for 1836 (Hey, Burney Treaty is a thing, as well as Arkorn taxes on alcohols - we'll look into adding appropriate starting factories later, once we're sure that it won't affect the balance too much)
- Also rename a few cities for that start date name/more important ones, no more "Pattaya City" in 1836 (that wasn't a thing until 1970s lol), Samut Sakhon is now Sakhon Buri for example, and Oudong is now the starting capital for Cambodia rather than anachronistic Phnom Penh.

- Add in starting IG group leaders whenever applicable. This include historical figures like สมเด็จเจ้าพระยาบรมมหาประยูรวงศ์, นายหันแตร, เจ้าพระยาบดินทรเดชา, เจ้าพระยาบดินทรเดชา (ด่อน), and หมอบรัดเลย์ for 1836 start
- Siamese IG groups should now also have their own appropriate special names and description
- Misc. typo fixes

- Error cleanups (most of them from missing loc keys)
- Switch to metadata.json from descriptor.mod
- Thai regnal name in general, as well as some additional names/surnames here and there

- Added a few more Thai and Laotian names from the period

- Add in mod thumbnails

- Add back vanilla generic names for Shan and Laotian list (at least until we have our own handcrafted ones)
