Update 2.0.0 (Vanilla 1.0.5 (1719)):
* Railroads now check that the railroad's state is not at full infrastructure
* Brand New Gamerule settings!
* Automation can be determined by Economic policy or can be set to check certain
* Worker's Coop requirements only show up if you have Worker's Council Law
* Worker's Coop will expand until there are no unemployed pops
* Auto Expand's Time Preference (How long in the future it looks to build) can now be modified based on Gamerule settings.

* Autobuild for buildings & railroads now checks that it's actually fully employed before trying to expand
* Fixed compatibility issues with ARoAI.
* There is a difference between Auto Expand which this mod changes, and Autobuild which ARoAI adds as a journal entry.
*Autobuild now checks that you have <30 weeks full of production before building

Update 1.0.1 (Vanilla 1.0.3 (bb4b)):
* Removed duplicated/unused files that caused some issues/excessive size
* Fixed compatibility issues allowing this mod to run without ARoAI.
* Note, due to how Pdx's launcher loads mods alphabetically, this mod will always load after ARoAI, meaning that I cannot disable ARoAI's autobuild feature on this end, unless you specify that this mod load before ARoAI in another manner.
