Backported Chonky Honk from 0.20.X.0, partially.
Fixed almost all clown-honk related talent giving item repair properity.
Enroll into clown college is tied to Honkmother Commendation instead of a clown perk, now clown can apply the Honkmother Commendation to themselves to get clown power from start.
Added two more poison diving knife for clowns to toy around.
Fixed Slipsuit and PUCS missing texture.
Fixed Endocrine Booster not giving clown talents.
Somewhat improved compatibility with other mods.
And possibily something more I didn't mentions here.
