(with script function to throttle spawn amount based on difficulty)

- Added path obstruction to secondary drop point

(still need to re-work skull item drop system)

M6:
- Changed color correction
- Changed looped music to be starting safe room music
- Fixed oversight with second skull door
- Increased tank health during first gauntlet (by 200 hp in all difficulties)
* Increased glow range of skull prop in gauntlet area (from 128 units to 160)
- Added secondary gauntlet event (commons, based on distance and not completing an objective)

- Fixed safe room item bug (items were being removed during map transition)
- Fixed exit hint bug
- Added missing item density params
- Fixed visual bug in skybox
