Increased Modified Satchel weight reduction by +25, as it seems satchels were fairly useless compared to any other backpack.

Re-implemented increasing weight reduction, each tier now gives +2 weight reduction.

Lowered Modified Bags' weight to 0.5 (was previously 1 - 2.5 depending on the bag).

Added Noir's Attachment compatibility.
