Added 1.3 tag for those that still want to wait. While I practically never test it, in theory it should be safe since nothing changes from 1.3 to 1.4 (before the custom stats and texture). Let me know if it's turned out incompatible afterall.

Add terror value to most of the furnitures, between 30-50% (more than skullspikes, similar to gibbet cage if you also get Useful Terror mod)
