Bug hunting:
- Fixed nodegraph

Bug hunting once more:
- Changed COURTROOM to have toggle cameras, hitting the plate on the judge's stand will enable or disable cameras
- Added and recreated the navmesh

ANOTHER bug hunt, feeling like a Colonial Marine:
- Fixed COURTROOM and the music (it works now!)
- NULL HALL now has a better soundscape
- Fixed/replaced certain AI Nodes

Major bug hunting:
- Fixed lighting in certain areas
- Combine APC fixed when crashing through walls
- Power outage chance increased ever so slightly
- HORROR HALLS is now darker and more on edge
- COMBINE CELLS fixed earthquake effect
