fixed seperate instance where module solved when it should have struck
fixed american cheese sometimes showing up twice
fixed broken voice lines for caleb and deaf
fixed module never giving whole wheat bread
fixed logging not outputting everything it should
fixed incorrect calculations when submitting changes lower than the tip threshold
fixed calculated solution being just wrong
fixed calculated solution only showing up if you struck in a very specific way
fixed pizza check not caring which pizza you submitted
fixed the customer asking to make their pizza a melt
fixed choosing an ingredient that didn't exist to pile onto the sandwich
fixed calculated solution using the old manual's values
improved code readability and added comments
made testing in Unity easier
