Reduced endothermic pinhole Heat per second from -2 to -30 (temperature and length will be the balance point, not heat push vs arctic pinhole)

Reduce arctic pinhole Heat per second from -10 to -30 (cools an area effectively, was too low to actually cool well, it should always be able to cool a medium sized room when outside a heat wave)

Reduced endothermic pinhole minimum temperature from -3 to -5
Reduced supernova pinhole maximum temperature from 38 to 30

Increased Potential Unleashed duration from 10.0 hours to 12.0 hours
Reduced SLP_Overdriven onset minSeverity from 9.0 to 8.9 (technically reduces the negatives slightly).
Reduced SLP_Overdriven, stage severe, ImmunityGainSpeed from -0.10 to -0.07 (allows bedrest to negate the negatives).
Reduced SLP_Overdriven, stage major, ImmunityGainSpeed from -0.05 to -0.04. (just reducing the negatives slightly)
Reduced all SLP_Overdriven stage pain factors (just a decent but minor reduction, helps reduce the chance the pawn is downed from the pain).

Changes:
Arctic Pinhole min temperature reduced from -5 to -9 (Results in a colder room).
Set MustBeCapableOfViolence to false to all psycasts to help prevent issues with non violent pawns.

Dart can no longer target pawns (it is not meant to be an offensive psycast).

Fixed up Stun Pulse icon (outline was too thick, didnt fit as nicely)

Removed bloat caused by the source files having all game/unity DLLs, not just this mods (happens when you build the assembly and is generated by Visual Studio, i manually delete them but clearly forgot this time.)

Some code changes will only be for 1.5 as it becomes too difficult to test and manage the branches.

Reduced SLP_HealingPains Hediff severityPerDay from -3.0 to -3.5 (effected pawn will recover slightly faster).
Reduced SLP_HealingPains Hediff MaxSeverity from 35 to 21 (Won't stack as signficantly)
Removed SLP_HealingPains Hediff 'Serious' Stage
Removed SLP_HealingPains Hediff 'Extreme' Stage (Makes it easier to manage and less debilitating).
Balanced SLP_HealingPains Acclimatising, Minor and Major stages (increased them very slightly to adjust to the removed stages)

Reduced SLP_RegenSickness Hediff severityPerDay from -0.5 to -1.0 (effected pawn will recover signficantly faster).

Adjusted Recondition Repair Formula (now ((thing.MaxHitPoints - thing.HitPoints) / 2) + (thing.MaxHitPoints / 20)) results in a slight boost to repair and reduces the diminishing returns)(1.5 only)
Increased Superficial Regeneration Scar Healing Factor from 3.0 to 6.0 (Heals twice the amount from scars now)(1.5 only)
Increased Ignite fire size from 0.1f to 0.4f (basically larger fire from the get go, 1.5 only)
