Made with 5x go-juice and 1x hemogen packs.
Provides 25% buff to vat growth speed per injection but give pawns go-juice addiction and can be overdosed.
Counts as a Medical drug and is removed from drug policy's addiction use (it does give a tiny go-juice need boost if addict pawns are desperate for a fix).
Requires both Growth Vat and Go-Juice Production research.
Will eventually be moved to its own mod but there are performance gains if I combine harmony patches so enjoy!

Please give any feedback you have on this new drug, I'm trying to balance cost and reward in a way that is not too OP and vanilla friendly.

- Added mod removal button in mod settings page. Has a tooltip and warning dialog telling you what it does to make mod removal more painless.
- Added backstory generation toggle in the mod settings page if they aren't your cup of tea. Doesn't remove any already-generated backstories in the world but does stop them from being added to any other pawns.

- Ideology integration (vat grow speed and learning speed)
- Custom backstories for the learning modes that are just as unrestrictive as the vatgrown child backstory from biotech (not like the vanilla vatgrown soldier). This gives some extra flavour to your vatgrown children and makes it easier to work out which pawn was in which mode later on.
- Playland mode - a new mode that simulates a cartoon-like child's wonderland. Occupants learn few skills (close to vanilla except they get passions) but max out growth tiers (most of the time, maybe tier 7 if they do baaaaadly). Will flip to default mode once the occupant reaches 13.
- Thoughts for parents with child labor precepts - pro-child workers will be happy their children are learning to be productive faster. Anti-child workers will only be happy if their vatkids are in playland mode. Pro-child workers will be very unhappy if their teenage children are left in vats instead of being put to work.
- UI Changes: Babies no longer disable enhanced learning - they simply don't get the benefits, meaning you can leave vats enabled and in a specific learning mode (hopefully less micro). Also changed around the icons and turned the mode cycler into a drop-down list.
