V. 1.10 - Fixed tear detonater not preserving tear effects.
Added the following synergies (ideas by Leafdoll):
-Saturnus: Gives you a ring of bomb that explode when they touch an enemy.
-Ocular Rift: Chance to fire bombs that spawn rifts when exploding.
-Decap Attack: Your head explodes instead of returning to you when using it. This explosion can't hurt you.
-Immaculate Heart: Chance to fire bombs that orbit around you and explode on contant with an enemy.

V. 1.03 - Fixed bombs from Tear Detonator sometimes hitting each other instantly.
-Fixed Continuum bombs hitting walls if fired right into to one.
