just noticed there is no effect with brimstone bombs, adding that would be pretty cool (i do appreciate the work that goes into here btw just thought this was worth a mention)

Hello ! I love your mods, I just wanted to ask if they are commpatible with Repentance+ ? I'd love to use them again but I don't dare, I don't know how mods work and I don't want to crash my game :c

If you have issues with the technology synergy and want to change then:
1) Open your mods folder (right-click go to files on steam)
2) Find dr fetus synergies folder
3) Open up main.lua and find
if player:HasCollectible(CollectibleType.COLLECTIBLE_TECHNOLOGY)
should be in line 106

4) Replace the next 20 lines up until "if bomb:HasTearFlags(TearFlags.TEAR_GLOW) then" but not that line itself with {LINK REMOVED} this code .

Now the laser shoots from you to the bomb which will prevent it from being pushed into you.

will EID still say that some items overide it?

Dr. Fetus is to be an outrageous Q4 item imo, like it's not to be the salvation of your run, just that you have infinite bombs and having more than high range/tears gonna mess it all

saturnus+prism spawns infinite bombs, cost me the run. maybe make it so that the saturn bombs dont get affected by prism

rework the tecnology, the laser attracts the bom to the player

Heya, can you update to mod to have a unique global variable in main.lua so that we can add compatibility? As of now there is none so it's impossible to detect if this mod is enabled or not. It would be very nice if you could do so for better intermod support Same with all your other synergy mods if they don't have it either, with a different global for each of course.

Trisagion and technology hurt more than they help. pushes bombs either randomly around the room or directly to the player. Please fix this.

Nothing was hitting the bombs, it happens in isolation too. It's a bug within the mod, I've played this game a lot across multiple systems and I'm pretty familiar with Dr. Fetus, but I've lost 3 runs so far because this mod has boomeranged bombs into my face. I only recently discovered it's because of this mod and I will swiftly be disabling the mod in any circumstances where the synergy this mod creates also adds a random chance for My Reflection shots to occur

I think it happens because something (explosion, tear, beam) hits the bomb and sends it flying towards you. The more crap on the screen, the more likely is this to happen. It happens in vanilla too (e.i. with brimstone bombs and decently high fire rate), but this mod makes it much more likely because it adds new wonky synergies. I don't see an easy fix besides just giving the player explosion immunity.

That is indeed the case because bombs collide with tech beam. You don't even need inner eye, it can happen whenever there are multiple bombs on the screen.
As of right now, the technology synergy is simply too dangerous unless you have explosion immunity.

this mod seems to have some bugs. sad bombs seems inconsistent at best sometimes, and sometimes bombs may magnetize to the players face with certain combinations. no, not with My Reflection, like it just happens randomly based on the player movement and having certain item combos. it doesn't happen when the mod is off.

so for example, here is one combo that will make bombs attract to the players face sometimes. Tech + Fetus + Inner Eye. if you input certain movements, one of the three bombs will magnetize to your face. it's very annoying and I've lost some runs to it, but I only figured out it's due to this mod.

I was doing another run coop with someone today, and another combination of items had the effect but I didn't even need triple shot for it this time. so not really sure what's up with it. i think it just has something to do with triggering this mods unique synergies which can cause bombs physics to go all weird

if you get two dr fetus' you get giga bomb shots

would love a monstro's Lung Synergy that shot mini bombs similar to scatter bombs

So you are just removing the need to get sad bombs

for me, using the Mod Profiler mod, this mod causes frame drops despite none of the synergies being in play. besides this, great mod! awesome needed ideas
