Fixed:
- 3-way thrusters of tier6+ blocked the wrong squares
- iron storage mk2 was costing 100 iron - should have been 1000

Factories were all listed as tier1 in the build menu even though they got unlocked at the tier of the resource. Fixed.

Tier5+ Large Arc Shields, both normal and SR, were blocked by other parts -

Introducing the Self-Recharging Shields: they recharge shield strength over time without crew needing to cart energy cells to them, rather crew CAN'T recharge them with energy cells.
Smaller shields recharge faster relative to their maximum shield strength and arc shields recharge faster than spherical ones.
Also, i resized the shield icons in build mode so the different shield sizes are easier to distinguish.

fixed the Armor Structure Hybrid 1x1 Icon (was using armor wedge instead of its own)

added previously added tiered arc shields, armor, armor-structure hybrids, and structure to tier blueprints

added tiered versions of all structure and armor-structure-hybrid parts

by request i removed the tiered items from the vanilla build groups

fixed: replacing one square of a higher tier 2x1 armor piece with something else the other square should be armor of the same tier as the 2x1 piece (was just basic armor up to now)
added 1x2 Armor Wedge and 1x3 Armor Wedge
added functionality to Armor that when, destroyed it gets replaced by structure - as all other armor pieces had this

added missing entry for the control editing menu which was causing the game to crash on trying to change hotkeys
